To apply for a credit card account, applicants must:
- Be the age of majority in their state or territory of residence • Have a valid, government-issued tax identification number (such as an SSN or SIN)
- Have a street, rural route or APO/FPO mailing address (no P.O. Box addresses)
- Have a valid, government-issued photo ID

The Credit Card Agreement is the document that contains all of the information that’s required to be provided to an applicant prior to completing the Unity by Hard Rock Mastercard application process (including the credit card’s official Rate and Fee Summary, Rate Disclosures, Privacy Notice and/or any other required Bread Financial disclosures).
UDAAP and the Truth in Lending Act require that the Credit Card Agreement is given to any Unity by Hard Rock Mastercard applicant — the disclosures and information included in the Agreement are essential for the consumer’s protection and awareness and are legally required.
Ensure that the Credit Card Agreement provided to applicants is the most up-to-date version — if you’re unsure, connect with leadership to verify the current Credit Card Agreement is on display. Hard Rock will offer a Credit Card Agreement digitally to the Guest based on the way in which the Guest applied, e.g., through the customer’s personal device like mobile phone or computer.
The USA PATRIOT Act requires all credit card applicants to provide a physical street address. Therefore, an application must be processed using a physical address, not a P.O. Box. Should a cardmember need to update their address after account opening, direct them to call the Comenity Capital Bank Care Center at the phone number in the credit card program’s Credit Card Agreement.
Cardmembers have access to their account details 24/7 and can sign up for paperless statements with reminder emails to make the payment each month they have a balance.
New cardmembers will receive their welcome letter within 10 - 14 business days of approval.
Comenity Capital Bank provides approved applicants with the highest credit limit possible based on their creditworthiness upon opening the new account.
Cardmembers have several options to pay their bill:

- By phone*
- Through the mail

Yes, but before a cardmember can view their account or make a payment online, they’ll need to enroll in Account Center. Please review your billing statement to find more information on how to view your account and make payments.

Yes. Your Unity by Hard Rock Mastercard account number and payment address will be on their statement, allowing you to set up payments through your bank. It can take up to five business days for the payment to post.
